About the program
The Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Programme was established in 2015 and is administered by the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU). It is one of the newest and most streamlined Caribbean programs, designed to attract reputable investors and their families in exchange for Saint Lucian citizenship.
Saint Lucia offers visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to the UK, the Schengen Area, Singapore, Hong Kong, and many other destinations. Applicants are not required to visit Saint Lucia before or after approval.

Approved real estate

Investment in a government-approved real estate project — typically a resort or residential development. Held for a minimum of 5 years.
